Faze 3 is run by partners Sandra and Alan Ford. We used to have a shop situated on the high street in the centre of Colwyn Bay, North Wales, which opened in 1997. The first tentative steps into the web site began a couple of years later. Regretfully, the 7th January, 2006 saw the end of our closing down sale in the shop.

Unfortunately, shopping habits had changed over the years with the main growth coming from supermarkets, out-of-town shopping centres and the internet, leaving very little room for the small high street independent retailer. There was very little we could do about the first two but we have certainly embraced the power of the world wide web.

If you visit this site you can see how long we’ve been on the web. Some rather embarrassing viewing for us here but it shows that we’ve been around for a while !!! You can also view our Customer Testimonials which will give you a good indication as to the way we run our business.

OUR AIMS

Our aim with this site is to build a firm trust between our customers and ourselves. We want you to feel as comfortable placing an order with us as you would handing over your money in a shop.
