United Kingdom - Standard Delivery £2.95 | Special Delivery £6.95
Standard delivery is by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery for consignments up to 1kg and Royal Mail Standard Parcels over 1kg. Includes insurance up to £41.
Special delivery is by Royal Mail Special Delivery for consignments up to 2kg and 2-3 Day Courier over 2kg (3-5 Day Courier for N. Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands).
The following courier service will be enabled during any periods of disruption by the Royal Mail:
United Kingdom - 2-3 Working Day Courier Service £7.95
This option is for the UK mainland only and does not include deliveries to N. Ireland, Scottish Highlands or Islands.
Europe and the Rest of the World - Standard Delivery
The rate is set to £10 for European deliveries and £16 for the Rest of the World. This will cover the cost of a consignment up to 1kg. If the charge for carriage and packing is less than this the difference will be refunded to you. If your parcel is more than 1kg we will contact you with a quotation for the carriage which you can either accept or request the order to be cancelled. You can purchase the additional carriage here.
Orders up to 2kg will be despached by Royal Mail International Signed For.
Orders over 2kg will be despatched by Parcelforce Global Priority.
Welsh Love Spoons to Europe and the Rest of the World
There is a standard carriage option of £7.50 which can be chosen to send any quantity of Welsh Love Spoons to any part of the world outside the UK. This can only be used when presentation boxes have not been ordered.
Returns and Refunds
You may return an item to us, for any reason, within 7 days of the date of delivery. Please contact us by e-mail or telephone within 7 days so that we are aware of the situation. If you choose to cancel an order after the item has been despatched, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Items must be returned unused and in their original unspoilt packaging.
Please use a signed for service as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
In the event that any order is incorrect, it must be notified to us within 7 days after delivery.
If any products are defective, they must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery. At our own discretion, we shall replace the products free of charge and redeliver them at our own cost, or shall provide a refund of the price paid by you. In the event of replacement of any products, the products returned to us shall become our property.
If we elect to refund you rather than provide a replacement for defective products, or we are unable to replace any faulty product, the products must be returned to us, at our cost, and shall become our property.
