All orders for personalised goods are delivered free to UK addresses by either Royal Mail 2-3 day delivery or courier, depending on the weight. Despatch times vary and an estimate is shown at the end of each product description.
Special delivery is not available for all personalised orders owing to the production processes used which can not be "speeded up". Those that can, have the Express Delivery option shown (under the product image). This charge is currently £9.95 which covers Special Delivery and also jumping to the front of the production queue. If selected, these products will be despatched within 1-2 working days.
If you decide that you need the extra speed that Express Delivery offers AFTER you have completed your order, you can purchase this option here.
Please note that if products in the Personalised Gifts categories are required for delivery outside the UK, you must contact us first for a quotation for the carriage.

Please be aware that, owing to the latest Royal Mail changes, there may be occasions when consignments to N Ireland, Scottish Highlands and offshore islands may require a postage surcharge. This could be because of weight and/or size factors.

£3.95 - Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (1-2 days)
£6.95 - Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next day)
Depending on the size and/or weight of your order we may despatch using a comparative courier service.
The days shown (working days excluding bank holidays) may not include the day the order is received although most orders received before 12 noon will be despatched the same day.

The following charges for Europe and the Rest of the World allow for a parcel up to 1kg. If the carriage and packing charge is less, we will refund the difference. If it works out more, we will inform you so that you can accept the charge or cancel the order. You can purchase extra carriage here. It is in £1 units, so just adjust the quantity to the amount quoted.
