When you have clicked on a link in a search engine, you will usually arrive at an introduction page for that product (we personally hate finding a product in a search engine, clicking on a link and then when you arrive at a site finding there’s no trace of it!). Down the left hand side of the page you will see a full list of products. These are the links to our database containing the products in the range you are looking for. The Welsh Love Spoons section is set up slightly differently, having a second menu across the top to various information pages.
Once you have entered the database, you will see a complete list of all the categories available in the navigation menu presented down the left hand side.
Other main pages in the site can be found listed in the navigation bar which runs across the top of the page.
When you click on the words “Buy this item now” the shopping cart will open up in a new window with your item shown.
To continue shopping, you must close the window by clicking on the cross in the top right corner.
If you need to return to your shopping cart after closing the window without buying any more goods, click on View Cart in the navigation on each database page or in bright yellow on these information pages.
Click in the box under the quantity heading, use back space to remove the figure 1 and type in the quantity that you require.
Once you have ordered everything you need, before going to payments, don’t forget to select the shipping option and then click the Refresh button at the bottom.
All fields in this section are self-explanatory. Please note that if you give us an incorrect e-mail address, you will not receive an order confirmation and we will not be able to contact you quickly in the case of any queries. We can send your consignment to any delivery address BUT PLEASE MAKE SURE, if paying by credit or debit card, that the details in the invoice section are the same as the address where you receive your card statement or your order WILL be delayed.
Please remember to check for our e-mail advising you of the carriage charge for any orders which are over the 1kg weight limit. We cannot send out your order without you confirming that the charge is acceptable. If we have not heard from you within 7 days the order will be cancelled.
