Guide
Over the years we have found that 99% of supply problems have been caused by one (or more) of the following five points. Check these for a fast and accurate supply of your goods.

1. Enter the correct credit card details
Sounds obvious, doesn’t it? You may be surprised to learn that about 5 out of every 100 orders we receive have incorrect credit card details entered on the order form.

2. Enter the correct address details
This one accounts for an even larger percentage of orders received - approximately 10% of the total. As we have stated elsewhere on this site, we can send your consignment to any address that you wish but we MUST have the address where you receive your credit card or bank statement entered as the invoice address.
It is details taken from this address that are used to confirm that the legitimate owner of the card is making the order; a safety procedure which makes the use of stolen or cloned cards much more difficult.

3. Check your e-mails regularly
We telephone home numbers and there’s nobody in. We phone mobiles and they’re switched off. If there’s a problem with your order (especially 1 and 2 above) we need to get in touch with you and this is usually by e-mail. If you use the internet to order goods you need to be a REGULAR e-mail checker - at least once a day. Don’t forget you also need to keep an eye on your spam folder.

4. Check our e-mail order confirmation for correct items
“You’ve sent me two widgets and I only ordered one”. Unfortunately shopping carts don’t make this mistake, users do. The first place to check your order is on the shopping cart itself before you click the submit button. Our confirmation e-mail is sent to you within minutes (actually this is usually seconds) so when you’ve made an order, stay online just a little bit longer and check for that e-mail. If the items are not as you expected, contact us right away.

5. Contact us immediately if your order doesn’t arrive within 7 days
As soon as your consignment has been deposited with the post office we send you an e-mail to let you know that it has been despatched. If you have not received it within seven days (UK orders) of this date please let us know straight away. We are not one of those companies that tells you delivery may take up to 28 days. We despatch your order the same day or the next working day and from experience we have found that if you haven’t received it within three working days (for the standard recorded delivery) you probably won’t get it at all and it’s probably lost.
Most orders that don’t arrive are actually in the local sorting office because nobody was in when the postman called.
